How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 1-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are shipped out the same day as long as the order is placed before 1pm Central Time on a Business day.
Domestic Express Shipping is 1-2 Business days depending on your location.

For Health and Safety reasons , all hair purchases are Final Sale. If any extensions are damaged please contact us within 2-3 business days of receiving your order and we will be more than happy to assist you.
